CVS Health Corporation, including Signify Health, seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform in-home health evaluations across California as a travel clinician.
Clinicians visit members in their homes, review medical history and medications, conduct physical assessments, and coordinate with health plans. Travel up to 100% is common, with overnight stays and flexible coverage as required. Comprehensive benefits are provided.
