Optum Home & Community Care, part of the UnitedHealth Group family, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for the Senior Community Care (SCC) program. This statewide travel role covers New York outside the Boroughs and includes generous travel incentives, plus a $40K student loan repayment or a $40K sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.
