Job description
VenVisor Health in Springdale, AR is seeking a Travel Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide on-site primary care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This full-time role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care.
You will travel to multiple nursing homes within the region, conduct exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, and coordinate with facility staff. Must hold an active NP/PA license and be willing to travel up to 100% of the time.
