Job description
Optum HouseCalls is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform annual in-home health assessments across Washington state. This non-prescribing, field-based role focuses on preventive care, patient education, and closing care gaps in collaboration with primary care providers.
Travel ~85% allowed, with no on-call, weekends, or holidays. Flexible scheduling within 8 AM–8 PM; expenses covered; base salary plus incentives.
