Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a day shift assignment requiring at least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty.
Details
Nuclear Medicine department in a hospital setting
Day shift, 5x8 hours, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
No on-call requirement, though staying over for add-on cases may be needed
PET experience is a plus
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year combined permanent experience in Nuclear Medicine required
Active AHA certifications required at time of consideration, with nothing pending
License required if applicable
One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
Negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) required within 12 months of start and updated annually
BCI/FBI background check prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
Additional Information
COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
Travelers are expected to work every other holiday
Candidates with any background check hits with an open case will not be accepted
Candidates with any professional license hits will not be accepted
Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
Assignments are limited to 18 consecutive months, with a minimum 6-month break required before returning
Locals accepted at the same bill rate
All requested time off must be discussed during the interview process
