Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years of experience to perform radionuclide procedures and nuclear stress tests in an acute care hospital setting.
Details
Acute care hospital setting within the Nuclear Medicine unit
Day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts including a 1-hour lunch
34.5 guaranteed hours per week
Uses Allscripts EMR
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB
NMTCB registry required
NYS license required if applicable
Additional Information
Perform radionuclide procedures on patients
Conduct exercise and pharmacological nuclear stress tests
Receive and prepare patients for nuclear imaging testing
Complete required forms and documentation in the computer system for each patient
