Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and NYS licensure for a day shift assignment in Glens Falls, NY.
Details
Nuclear Medicine department setting
8-hour day shifts, Tuesday-Friday from 7am-5pm
40 hours scheduled per week with 36 hours guaranteed
No weekend or on-call requirements
Uses GE imaging equipment, Epic EMR, and McKesson PACS
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience required, CT experience a plus
Venipuncture experience required
ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification required (either accepted)
BLS certification required
NY state license required if applicable
Previous travel experience strongly encouraged
Candidates must provide their own vehicle
Additional Information
Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures using GE equipment
Personal scrubs of any color permitted, no designs, cartoons, or hoodies
8 hours of non-billable orientation required
No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested, and must be submitted at time of upload
Facility may cancel up to 5 shifts per 13-week contract with 2 hour notice
No block scheduling will be considered for this position
Candidates with a permanent address in certain nearby NY counties will not be considered for this assignment
