Job description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with CNMT certification and 2+ years of concurrent specialty experience for a day shift assignment.
Requirements
Current CNMT certification
CA Venipuncture certification required
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum 2 years of concurrent experience in Nuclear Medicine specialty
EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner experience within the last 6 months required
Travel experience required
License required if applicable
Responsibilities
Nuclear Medicine department setting
3x12 hour day shifts from 7:0 AM to 3:30 PM
On-call requirements include weekends and holidays, with Saturday/Sunday call hours 8:00 AM-8:00 PM and weekday call hours 3:30 PM-8:00 PM
Uses EPIC EMR system
Candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius of the facility to be considered, with candidates on assignment in San Diego for 9+ months considered local and ineligible
Must provide interview availability including specific days, times, and time zone
One supervisory-level professional reference required at time of submission
Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted, with no additional requests after submission
First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
Returning staff and travelers eligible to reapply after 1 year
