Job description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a busy PET/CT department, requiring recent PET experience and CNMT or ARRT(N) registry.
Requirements
Recent PET experience required
CNMT or ARRT(N) registry required
License required if applicable
IV start skills required
Hot Lab experience required
Experience with IV and oral contrast administration required
Responsibilities
PET/CT department performing skull base to midthigh, whole body, limited, PSMA, NET, Cerianna, brain, Amyvid, sarcoidosis, and myocardial perfusion PET/CT scans
High-volume scanner with up to 23 patients per day
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
No call or holiday coverage required
Uses MEDRAD FDG Injector
Tobacco-free campus with substance abuse/drug-free workplace policy
Perform a wide variety of PET/CT scans including oncologic, neurologic, and cardiac imaging studies
