Job description
Vetted is seeking a RN - Case Management for a travel job in Asheville, North Carolina. Must have 2+ years of experience. This contract pays approximately $11,047/month gross.
Assignment details
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift length: 8 hour shifts
Hours per week: 40

Job responsibilities
Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.
Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
