Job description
Vetted is seeking a RN - Case Management for a travel job in Cary, North Carolina.
Must have 2+ years of experience.
This contract pays approximately $10,979/month gross.
Assignment details
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift length: 8 hour shifts
Hours per week: 40
Start Date: ASAP
Job responsibilities
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.
Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
