Seeking an experienced RN – Case Management for a travel role in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Key responsibilities include:
Communicating clinically relevant updates to providers for timely decisions
Conducting patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings in line with protocols
Supporting care coordination across providers to ensure continuity of care
Working 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week
