Job description
We are seeking an RN – Case Management for a travel assignment in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Requirements include:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Key responsibilities:
Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers for timely decision-making
Conduct patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings per clinic protocols
Support care coordination among providers to ensure continuity of care
Work 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts
Qualifications and skills:
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Ability to support care coordination and collaborate with healthcare teams
