Job description
Your Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve wound care patients in the Litte River area as a Visiting Nurse / Nurse Case Manager. The role requires travel to patients’ homes and facilities to evaluate and coordinate care, with telemedicine follow-ups as needed.
This full-time position operates on 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7am-6pm, in the Little River/Loris service area. The team delivers comprehensive primary and specialty care with a focus on collaboration with families
