Qualifications
State License License must be in hand at time of application.
Certifications BLS
Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cath Lab.
References 1 reference within the last 2 years.

COVID Vaccine 1 booster required. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
Travel Contract Must travel at least 60.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
