Job description
Position: Travel Nurse - CVICU
Role: Provides specialized nursing care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit for adult-geriatric patients. Responsible for coordinating patient care, participating in patient and family education, and collaborating with healthcare teams to uphold high clinical standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate total nursing care for CVICU patients
Lead and work cooperatively with nursing and medical staff
Maintain professional nursing standards in a clinical setting
Educate patients and families about care plans
Qualifications & Skills
RN license with at least 2 years of CVICU experience
Strong clinical skills and patient care abilities
Current Tennessee state license and BLS certification
Preferred experience in travel healthcare
Reliable transportation
Key Duties: Work 12-hour shifts, participate in professional development, ensure compliance with health and background screening, and deliver high-quality critical care in a fast-paced environment.
