Job description
Seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department to provide patient care, education, and discharge planning.
Responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.
Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns appropriately.
Supporting safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and updates.
Qualifications and skills:
Minimum of 2+ years of emergency department experience.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Providing patient and family education related to care plans and discharge needs.
Working 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
