Job description
Vetted is seeking a RN - Home Health for a travel job in Baldwin Park, California.
Must have 2+ years of experience.
This contract pays approximately $13,508/month gross.
Assignment details:
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift length: 8 hour shifts
Hours per week: 40
Start Date: ASAP
Job responsibilities:
Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.
