Vetted is seeking a RN - Home Health for a travel job in Bowling Green, Kentucky .
Must have 2+ years of experience.
This contract pays approximately $10,493/month gross.
Assignment Details
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift length: 8 hour shifts
Hours per week: 40
Start Date: ASAP
Job responsibilities
Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.
Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
