Qualifications
State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.
Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Hospice & Palliative Care.
Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this Health System in the past year.
Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
