Vetted is seeking a RN - Hospice Palliative Care for a travel job in Hamilton, Ohio.
Must have 2+ years of experience.
This contract pays approximately $10,407/month gross.
Assignment Details
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift length: 8 hour shifts
Hours per week: 40
Start Date: ASAP
Job Responsibilities
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.
Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.
