Job description
FlexStaff is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse in New Hyde Park, NY, to perform age-specific care using the nursing process and coordinate with physicians and health team members. The role requires leadership, clinical judgment, and delegation of unit activities to the patient care team.
The nurse assesses physiologic and psychosocial health, identifies outcomes, plans and implements the plan of care, and educates patients and families while participating in discharge planning.
