Bluebix Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Level II for a travel nursing job in Geneva, New York.

Facility: Geneva General Hospital (GGH) and (Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Penn Yan, confirm), both part of Finger Lakes Health
Position: Float Pool RN, full-time (36 hrs/week), days
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule
3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Every other weekend and holiday rotation
2 on-call shifts per 4-week period
About the role
Work across Med/Surg, ICU, and the Emergency Department at both hospitals, caring for patients of all ages. You’ll assess patients, plan and give care with the interdisciplinary team, give medications, and teach patients and families what they need for recovery. This role is for a flexible, critical-care-trained nurse who is comfortable moving between units as needs change.
Requirements
Active NYS RN license
BSN
Critical care experience
Cross-trained and comfortable floating to Med/Surg, ICU, and ED
BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA or RQI only
NIHSS certification
Required after hire
Basic Coronary Care within 6 months
CPI certification within 90 days
Preferred
ENA certification and TNCC, recommended within 2 years of hire
Experience with an electronic medical record
