Job Description
We are currently seeking to build our team by bringing on a Licensed Practical Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a key role in the Company mission by assisting doctors and registered nurses as they collaboratively provide routine care, observe residents’ health, and communicate with patients and their families.
The successful candidate will:
Instill confidence in patients by maintaining a neat appearance and performing duties in a competent and caring manner.
Consistently provide outstanding, personalized, compassionate patient care and physical support for residents.
Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal communication and teamwork.
Perform with poise under pressure in stressful situations.
Maintain good working relationships with nursing unit staff and other employees.
Exhibit a professional, friendly attitude, even after a long shift.
Qualifications
A state Practical Nurse license, a current American Heart Association CPR certification, current first aid certification, and a high school diploma are required; one year of related experience is preferred.
Heartbeat Staffing requires all candidates selected for employment to undergo pre-employment background checks.
