American Consultants is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont.

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse Unit Manager – Burlington, VT
Start Date: Orientation sessions begin every two weeks on Mondays
Location: Burlington, Vermont
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with rotating on-call coverage every other weekend. 40 guaranteed hours per week. 16-18 week assignment preferred to provide coverage through the holiday season.
Highlights:
Leadership role in a long-term care setting with a dedicated office
Structured orientation schedule with set start dates every two weeks
Rotating on-call coverage with $150 per day on-call compensation
Opportunity to utilize Point Click Care experience in daily operations
Extended assignment duration to provide continuity of care through the holidays
Requirements:
Active RN license in Vermont or ability to obtain
Previous ADON, DON, or Unit Manager experience in a travel position required
Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience
Point Click Care experience strongly preferred
Travel nursing experience required
Professional references from two most recent facilities required
Clear background check required
Flexibility to work 2 of 3 major holidays (specific holiday off determined during orientation)
