Job description
We are seeking an experienced RN – Med Surg for a travel nursing role in Atlanta, Georgia.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Work 36 hours weekly in 13-hour shifts.
Perform focused patient reassessments and escalates concerns appropriately.
Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates.
Assess patient status and respond to changes per clinical protocols.
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and progress in medical records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with patient care documentation.
