Job description
Role:
RN – Med Surg for a travel assignment in Hanford, California.
Responsibilities:
Maintain infection prevention and safe medication practices, support safe care transitions including handoffs and care plan updates, and provide patient and family education regarding discharge needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
Key Duties:
Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, ensuring quality patient care and safety standards are met.
