Job description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Med Surg for a travel position in Smyrna, Georgia.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of clinical experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress in medical records
Coordinating patient care with physicians and healthcare team members
Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and monitoring post-procedure recovery
The role involves:
Working 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts
