Job description
We are seeking an experienced RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry travel position.
Qualifications include:
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant clinical experience.
Key responsibilities:
Provide patient care during 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly.
Ensure safe patient handoffs and updates to care plans.
Maintain infection control standards and administer medications safely.
Perform focused patient reassessments and elevate concerns appropriately.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
