Job description
Seeking an experienced RN for Med Surg / Telemetry role in a travel position.
Must have 2+ years of clinical experience .
Responsibilities include: assessing patient status, responding to changes, performing reassessments, escalating concerns, supporting safe care transitions, administering medications, and monitoring responses.
The role involves working 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts .
