Responsibilities Include
Providing specialized care to neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Monitoring vital signs and administering medications
Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
Ensuring a safe and comforting environment for infants and families
Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
Skills Needed
NICU nursing certification
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
