Job description
Porter Cares is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a 1099 travel role in Michigan, covering Grand Rapids area. You will conduct in-home risk assessments and manage care with an emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered service.
Eligible candidates hold a Michigan NP license, have 3+ years of patient care, and are comfortable with EMR systems. Travel accommodations, training, and equipment are provided to support your assignments.
