Job description
Matrix Medical Network seeks a Nurse Practitioner to perform comprehensive health assessments in patients’ homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities. Responsibilities include reviewing medical history, diagnoses, and medications, ordering tests, and coordinating care with physicians and case workers.
Travel up to 80–90% within the assigned state may be required. Ideal candidates hold an NP certification with prescriptive authority, current NP licensure, and strong communication skills.
