Job description
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Progressive Care Unit role.
Requirements include:
Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
Key responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
Perform focused reassessments and escalated concerns through appropriate channels.
Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and updates to care plans.
