As we continue to grow our Travel Healthcare division, we are looking for relationship-driven recruiters who want greater autonomy, direct access to leadership, truly uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to help build something meaningful.
This is an opportunity for a proactive recruiter who wants to own their desk, influence recruiting strategy, and directly benefit from the business and relationships they build.
Preferred Experience
Three or more years of travel nurse recruiting experience
Demonstrated success placing healthcare professionals
Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-management skills
Proven sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
Experience building repeat business through redeployment and referrals
A self-directed, competitive, and adaptable approach
