Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technician Des Moines, IA. This position involves providing specialized support in the cardiac catheterization lab within a healthcare facility. The role requires working across multiple campuses to assist with cardiac catheter procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining quality standards.
Job Details
Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Current Iowa license or multistate license, active American Heart Association (AHA) or ARC/Red Cross ACLS and BLS certifications, and 24 months of current Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Structural heart experience, electrophysiology (EP) experience, travel experience, scrubbing experience, circulating monitoring experience, and trauma Level I or II experience.
Responsibilities: Assist with and monitor cardiac catheterization procedures, participate in patient pre- and post-procedure care, and support the team across different campuses when needed.
Certifications: BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA).
Submission Requirements: Candidates must be willing to float across campuses if needed and work during upcoming winter holidays as required.
