Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | On-Call Required (1 week on, 3 weeks off) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting within a short-term acute care facility
Administer and monitor conscious sedation during cardiac and interventional radiology procedures
Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
Participate in on-call rotation (1 week on, 3 weeks off) as required
Float to Interventional Radiology (IR) as needed to meet facility demands within scope of practice
Required Qualifications
Active Florida RN license or valid compact license at time of submittal (no pending licenses accepted)
Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience
Experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) required
Conscious sedation skills required
Cerner EMR experience required
Current ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications required
COVID-19 vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions accepted)
Preferred Experience / Skills
First-time travelers considered if candidate has strong, qualifying Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience
Familiarity with EKG interpretation (pass/fail exam required upon onboarding)
