Hours: Approximately 36 hours per weekn

Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540n

Job Requirements
n Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a related nursing specialty, preferably cardiac stepdown, telemetry, or progressive caren
Active RN license in Texas or a compact staten
Current BLS certification from AHAn
Current ACLS certification from AHAn
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferredn
Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skillsn
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare teamn
Responsibilities
n Provide skilled nursing care for patients with cardiac and medical-surgical needs in a stepdown settingn
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient caren
Administer medications and treatments using appropriate nursing protocolsn
Monitor patients for treatment effectiveness, changes in condition, and potential side effectsn
Document patient history, symptoms, interventions, and ongoing care accurately in the medical recordn
Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and familiesn
Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on care plans, discharge needs, and available resourcesn
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, high-quality patient outcomesn
