Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AMn
Hours: 36 hours per weekn
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890n
Floating: May float to Med/Surg as neededn
On-Call: Not requiredn

Job Requirements
n Active RN license in Indianan
ACLS and BLS requiredn
At least 1 year of critical care or intermediate care experience required; 1-2 years preferredn
Experience in a fast-paced, cardiac stepdown or intermediate care environmentn
Cerner experience preferred, but not requiredn
Travel nurses must live more than 50 miles from the facilityn
Required license and certifications must be submitted with the applicationn
Responsibilities
n Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown and intermediate care patientsn
Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in conditionn
Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered caren
Manage assignments with patient ratios of approximately 4-5:1n
Support a 30-bed unit in a dynamic, team-oriented healthcare environmentn
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standardsn
Adapt to floating assignments when neededn
