HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Brooksville, Florida.

Type of staff: CM and SW with SNF coordinatorDay Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
Night Shift - NA
Patient Ratios – 25/1
Type of equipment - NA
EMR – Meditech and Midas
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
CM acute experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
