KTI Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Eureka, California.
Job Description & Requirements

Duration: 13 weeks
40 hours per week
Shift: 8 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel
The ideal candidate will have strong acute care hospital Case Management experience with a focus on care coordination, discharge planning, utilization review, and working with HMOs and IPAs.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of acute hospital Case Management experience
Acute Care Hospital Case Management experience must be current within the last year
Experience performing Care Coordination and Discharge Planning
Experience working with HMOs and IPAs
Required Certifications & Licenses
Valid CA RN License must be in hand at submission
