RN Clinical Nurse
Description
The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, responsible for providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. The RN works collaboratively with licensed and unlicensed caregivers in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and other leadership.
The role follows the Wellstar Professional Practice Model , evidence-based practices, and organizational values. The RN is expected to maintain appropriate licensure, follow the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act , and adhere to applicable scope-of-practice requirements and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics .
The RN also advocates for patients and families, follows organizational policies and procedures, and supports service excellence throughout the patient care experience.
Requirements
Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Availability: Contract begins after 11/14/2026
License: RN Single-State or RN Compact/Multi-State License
ACLS: Required
BLS: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience
