Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a travel nursing job in Lufkin, Texas.

Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit Float (ICU Float) nurse position available in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing specialized critical care services in a temporary capacity to meet operational needs, starting ASAP. The position offers night shifts with a schedule of 12 hours per shift, totaling minimum 36 hours per week.
Job Details:
Schedule: Night shifts from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in intensive care units or critical care settings
Critical care experience
EMR system proficiency with Medhost
Scrubs are Navy in style
Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility's location
Must include home address on submission
Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
Additional Information: The assignment is for a temporary replacement of permanent staff.
Start date: 09/21/2026
End date: 12/14/2026
Call possibility during the shift.
Float to step-down units may be required.
Candidates must be able to start ASAP and meet all qualification criteria outlined.
