Registered Nurse Job Requirements
n Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensen
Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experiencen
Current ACLS certificationn
Current BLS certificationn
Current PALS certificationn
NRP required; may be completed prior to start if not held at submissionn
Strong critical thinking, communication, and time-management skillsn
Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environmentn
Responsibilities
n Deliver high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patientsn
Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changing patient conditionsn
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocolsn
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient caren
Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility standardsn
Prioritize care effectively in a busy emergency room settingn
Support safe, compassionate care for patients of all agesn
