Overview
TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for the ED - Emergency Department in Douglasville, Georgia. This is a travel nursing assignment.
Responsibilities
As an ER Travel Nurse, work with a diverse team to evaluate, triage and implement care according to procedures and physician instructions in a fast-paced emergency environment.
Perform minor medical procedures, advise patients and families on illnesses or injuries, and plan long-term care needs.
Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain patient vital signs, and monitor patients' emotional and physical well-being.
Provide basic bedside care.
Clean and bandage wounds.
Provide IV therapy.
Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
