Type of staff:
Day Shift – 06:30 – 18:30= 3 RN’s, 9am- 6:30pm EMT-P or Nurse Extern
Night Shift – 5Pm-1am EMT-P and 3 RN’s 18:30-06:30
Patient Ratios – 1:4 depending on acuity
Type of equipment – Baxter pumps, Hamilton vents, GE cardiac monitors, Stryker stretchers…
EMR - Meditech

Must have:

Compassion, Sense of Urgency, Team player
Skills in rapidly identifying Sepsis, STEMI, Stroke and Trauma
Preferred or nice to have:
candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Experience with airway management/ventilators
Strong Critical Thinking Skills
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Splinting, wound care, IV-starts, medication admin,
Assessments, Re‑assessments, documentation, oversight of EMT‑P’s
