HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in McAllen, Texas.

Unit details:
Number of Beds - 11
Number of Staff – 2 day shift, 2 midshift, 2 night shift
Type of staff: Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
Night Shift –
Patient Ratios – 1:4
Type of equipment -
EMR - Meditech
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
ED experience - 2 years
Triage experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
ED charge nurse experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Intubation, splinting, wound care, RT procedures including ABGs, drips, EKGs, moderate sedation
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC
