nResponsibilities:
nnProvide patient-centered care in a fast-paced pediatric ICU environment.n
Prioritize patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.n
Utilize Meditech EHR to document patient information accurately.n
Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code and weekend rotations.n
Support unit protocols through effective communication and teamwork.n
