Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Charge RN overseeing a 3-bed Emergency Room
Provide nursing care across both the Emergency Room and Med Surg units
Lead and coordinate patient care activities during night shift hours
Ensure safe, high-quality care delivery in a small, fast-paced clinical environment
Required QualificationsActive RN license in good standing
Prior charge nurse experience required
Emergency Room nursing experience required
Ability to work across both ER and Med Surg settings
Availability for night shifts as needed
Preferred Experience / SkillsExperience in small or critical access hospital environments
Med Surg nursing background in addition to ER experience
