Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) RN located in Lewisville, TX. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a Level III Trauma Center emergency department. The ER RN will deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts, supporting a busy department with advanced equipment and a dedicated team focused on clinical excellence.
Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 1 year of ER nursing experience required.
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
The ER team manages airway and resuscitation, procedural sedation, chest tubes, wound care, and splinting.
Critical care TNCC certification preferred.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Candidates must possess current RN licensure and critical care experience.
Application submissions should include confirmation of RN licensure and ER experience.
The department is equipped with Belmont, SonoSite machines, Arctic Sun, Bair Hugger, and Lucas devices, supported by Meditech EMR.
